We come to you — evenings or weekends

CPR certification that fits your life, not the other way around.

Most CPR classes only run Monday through Friday, during work hours, at a training center across town. Helping Hands travels to your home, workplace, school, place of worship, or community space at a time you choose — so no one has to miss work or school to learn a skill that saves lives.

  • Hands-on practice, no lecture-only classes
  • Adult, child, and infant CPR + AED
  • Instructor brings all equipment
  • Small groups, plain language, no rush

Our mission

Equipping more community lifesavers

When someone's heart stops, the person most likely to save them is already in the room. Yet training has not reached every neighborhood equally — and some communities carry a disproportionately high risk of serious cardiac and other medical emergencies. Helping Hands exists to close that gap: bringing confident, hands-on training directly to the people and places that have been left out of the schedule.

Everyone is capable

No medical background needed. We teach for real people, at a real pace.

We meet you where you are

Your kitchen, break room, fellowship hall, or gym — whatever works.

Confidence that lasts

You practice until the motions feel steady, then we follow up on renewals.

The difference is the schedule — and the address

Typical CPR provider

  • Weekday business hours only
  • You travel to their training center
  • Take time off work or pull a student from school
  • Fixed class dates, long waits for an open seat
  • Large rooms, limited one-on-one attention

Helping Hands

  • Evenings, early mornings, and weekends available
  • We travel to your home, job, school, church, or community site
  • No lost wages, no missed classes, no childcare scramble
  • You pick the time that works for your group
  • Small-group attention in a space you already feel safe in

Common questions

How is Helping Hands different from other CPR classes?
Most providers only run classes during weekday business hours at their own facility. Helping Hands travels to you — your home, workplace, school, church, or community space — at the time you pick, including evenings and weekends. Nobody has to miss work, school, or a shift to learn a skill that saves lives.
Who is this training for?
Everyone. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, coaches, teachers, faith leaders, salon and restaurant staff, teens, and anyone who wants to be ready. No medical background is needed.
Why does Helping Hands focus on specific communities?
Survival after a cardiac emergency depends heavily on whether someone nearby is prepared to help, and bystander training has not reached every neighborhood equally. We prioritize communities that have historically had less access to training so more neighbors can be confident, capable first responders.
